Welcome back ladies. A first date could go in so many directions. From all the questions that start with the letter 'w,' to pretending to laugh when he tries to make a joke. It's not always fun, easy, or enjoyable. Not to mention all the cringy and creepy moments that have you running to the bathroom to call your friend, feigning a sensitive bladder. There are some obvious red flags. Maybe he's barely making eye contact, or barely making conversation. Maybe he said something insane that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. And of course, there's beige flags. He's a bore, he's a square whose most interesting attribute is his favorite taco stand. It's green flags we're looking for.
There are first dates though where you feel something special; a spark, a connection that leaves you feeling smitten about the guy. The conversation is rolling, you have a lot in common, you can already laugh and joke like you would with friends. The comfortability you feel with this person is so impressive to you, you just know you want to see them again.
